Real Estate Associate Attorney

An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate practice in Columbus.

This role is well-suited for an attorney with experience handling commercial real estate transactions who is interested in sophisticated deal work involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters.

The Role

The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing matters, and commercial leasing arrangements. The practice offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to complex real estate transactions across industries.

Ideal Background

4+ years of transactional real estate experience

Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions

Familiarity with real estate financing transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leasing agreements

Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills

Admitted in Ohio or eligible to waive in
