Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job description:

Field Nurses are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:

Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

Must have experience working in a home care agency.

Job Duties:

Complete patient care duties.

Follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.

Work scheduled shift to perform patient duties.

Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.

Complete skilled care services as applicable.

Additional duties as assigned.
