About the Program

Our internship is immersive and hands-on. You’ll gain exposure across departments, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and contribute to work that shapes beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for our clients. This is a fully on-site role based in Columbus, OH, with hours generally from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

Participate in real projects from day one

Shadow professionals across different departments

Attend team meetings and company-wide events

Take part in training sessions, mentorship, and feedback loops

Wrap up your experience with a final presentation highlighting your growth

Departments Hiring Interns

Design – Assist in the creation of landscape and pool designs, collaborate on proposals, and contribute creative ideas

Marketing – Help develop campaigns, create content, and manage social media

Production – Gain hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or pool service alongside our expert crews

Finance – Support accounting tasks, budgeting, and reporting

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related field

Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
