Sparta Networking is supporting a leading aviation maintenance organization in Dallas, Texas in the hiring of experienced Avionics Technicians to support commercial aircraft operations.
This position focuses on troubleshooting, repair, installation, and testing of aircraft electrical and avionics systems within a hangar and line maintenance environment. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills and experience working with complex aircraft electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft electrical and avionics systems
Install avionics components and wiring harnesses
Interpret wiring diagrams and aircraft schematics
Perform operational checks and system testing
Replace and repair electrical components
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and maintenance procedures
Complete accurate maintenance documentation Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years aircraft electrical or avionics experience
F &P License preferred but not required
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
Commercial aircraft experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Must pass background check and drug screening Compensation
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience)
