Sparta Networking is supporting a leading commercial airline in the hiring of an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee line and/or hangar maintenance operations in Denver, Colorado.
This leadership position is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting aircraft return-to-service in a fast-paced airline environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise A&P Mechanics and maintenance personnel
Assign and monitor daily maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Review and approve maintenance documentation
Support return-to-service decisions
Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Operations
Promote safety, quality, and on-time performance Required Qualifications
F irframe & Powerplant (A&P) License - Required
Minimum 5+ years commercial aircraft maintenance experience
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airline maintenance programs
Experience in line or heavy maintenance environments Compensation (Colorado Transparency Compliance)
Hourly Pay Range: $40.00 - $52.00 per hour
Overtime eligibility based on classification
