Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Columbus, NE

Pay Range: $22.70

Shift: Night shift (6pm to 6am), 12-hour shifts, two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, two days on

What's the Job?

Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products

Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards

Support team goals by working collaboratively and efficiently within a team environment

Follow standard operating procedures and work under direct supervision

Read, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English, and perform basic math calculations

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, especially machine operation

Reliable transportation to work location

Ability to work flexible and extended hours, including night shifts

Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
