Shields Therapy Solutions is looking for an Associate Clinical Supervisor!
STS is an entity of Shields Foundation that provides behavioral health services.
Your Role
This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-experienced behavioral health team! Designed to be a developmental position in preparation for a clinical supervisor role, the Associate Clinical Supervisor will gain experience through maintaining a caseload overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervisor, conducting assessment, consultation, and counseling behavioral health services.
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience and accrued supervision hours.

Experience and Education Requirements
Master’s degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology, or related field required
Experience developing behavior intervention plans or other treatment protocols and procedures
Prior experience as a lead behavior technician or similar position (preferred)
6+ months experience working with adolescents and/or adults (preferred)

Job Responsibilities
Maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours per week
Conduct initial and progress assessments and develop clinical treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Provide weekly direct check-ins with each client on your caseload in the home, community, or center setting
Conduct parent/guardian/caregiver training on the implementation of behavioral interventions
Collect and analyze behavioral data for progress reporting
Provide clinical direction, training, and support to behavioral technicians
Facilitate coordination of care with other treatment and service providers
