Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Columbus, OH (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (~20 hours/week, flexibility available)

Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the current Administrative Assistant to help manage increasing office demands
Handle electronic filing and document organization to maintain accurate, up-to-date records
Order and manage office supplies within budget guidelines
Coordinate weekly office lunches and team events
Deliver general administrative support based on evolving firm needs
Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for staff and visitors
Grow into expanded duties over time, with the opportunity to provide legal project support
Requirements:
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
Experience drafting, proofreading, and formatting professional documents
