General Laborer: Harmon, Illinois

Our customer in Harmon, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting General Laborers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for moving products between pallets, assisting with general shop tasks, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials.

Responsibilities of the General Laborer:

Move products from one pallet to another to maintain organization.

Assist with general shop help and manual labor tasks as needed.

Ensure products are properly handled and moved without damage.

Help with restocking and organizing items in the warehouse.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures while moving products.

General Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:

No prior experience required training will be provided on the job.

Ability to lift and move products weighing up to a specified weight (e.g., 50 lbs).

Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.

Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to follow instructions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Pay for General Laborer: Starting at $15/hour.
