Lead Software Engineer (UI/Mobile)

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (UI/Mobile).

We need someone to assist in leading front-end and mobile application architecture while delivering scalable user-facing web and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead front-end architecture and development using React, React Native, and TypeScript.

Design scalable web and mobile user interfaces supporting enterprise applications.

Collaborate with backend teams to design APIs and efficient data flows.

Mentor front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers.

Ensure UI performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.

Contribute to full-stack architecture and system design discussions.

Support DevOps and CI/CD deployment processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Maintain technical documentation and architectural standards.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Essentials:

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Experience building scalable enterprise web or mobile applications.

Experience working with REST APIs and relational databases.

Knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably AWS.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Desired:

Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

Experience with Material UI, Ant Design, or similar component libraries.

Mobile development experience for iOS and Android using React Native.

Experience supporting large-scale applications with millions of users.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
