Saw/Machine Operator: Saukville, Wisconsin

Our customer in Saukville, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Saw/Machine Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Saw/Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running saw and machining equipment, performing inspections, and supporting quality production.

Responsibilities of the Saw/Machine Operator:

Operate saws and machining equipment and consistently meet production rates

Use basic inspection methods and tools to check part quality.

Learn and apply machine operation skills required for the assigned department.

Perform tool changes, offsets, and insert changes as needed.

Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment accurately.

Follow production routing, supervisor instructions, and quality standards.

Maintain required tools on site to complete daily work.

Saw/Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience operating saw machines or relevant manufacturing equipment preferred.

Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math needed for inspection procedures.

Knowledge of basic inspection tools and methods.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.

Pay for Saw/Machine Operator: $20.00–$23.00/hour, with higher pay available depending on skills and experience.
