Blender Operator: Mukwonago, Wisconsin

Our customer in Mukwonago, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Blender Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Blender Operator, you will be responsible for operating blending and spraydrying equipment, preparing ingredients, and supporting daily production in a clean foodmanufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Blender Operator:

Operate and maintain equipment used in spray drying and dry blending operations.

Measure, weigh, and stage raw materials according to batch sheets.

Load ingredients into blenders and monitor blend times and equipment settings.

Assist with equipment disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly.

Perform environmental and facility cleaning tasks as assigned.

Complete basic quality checks to ensure blends meet standards.

Record production and cleaning data accurately.

Follow food-safety, GMP, and PPE requirements.

Blender Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous food production, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in areas such as packing and sanitation.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Ability to follow safety protocols and use required PPE.

Pay for Blender Operator: $20.00–$22.00/hour.
