Wire Forming Operator

Job Description

We’re looking for a Wire Forming Operator to support precision metal forming operations within a manufacturing environment focused on quality and consistency. This role works with specialized wire coiling equipment and supports machine setup, programming, and inspection activities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on machining work and troubleshooting equipment to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate wire coiling machines to produce formed metal components

Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain production flow

Perform inspections to verify parts meet dimensional and quality specifications

Adjust machine settings and tooling to ensure consistent forming results

Maintain safe and organized work areas while following quality control procedures

Qualifications

Experience operating or setting up wire forming or wire coiling machines

Background in machining or metal forming environments

Ability to troubleshoot equipment and make mechanical adjustments

Experience performing quality inspections and supporting QC processes

Familiarity with machine setup, operation, and basic programming concepts

Ability to read basic production drawings and follow work instructions

Experience operating press brake equipment is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
