Your Key Responsibilities\nSet up of operating machines including first checks and test sequences \nOversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machines \nSupport maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines \nFollow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking \nCheck finished product/product component and submits for approval \nFollow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times \n\nYour QualificationsRequired: \nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent \nAbility to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects \nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in English \nAbility to operate basic machinery \nGood visual acuity \nAbility to lift medium-heavy objects if required \nApplicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship \n\nPreferred: \nMinimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment \nExperience working with power tools \n\nOur Offering\nSalary Range: $20.45 - $23.00\n2nd and 3rd shift premium available \nHiring Bonus: $1,500 paid out in steps \nMedical, dental and vision insurance \nLife insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match \nPlease see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits \n\nAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
