What You’ll Do:Operate mechanical and automated manufacturing equipmentPerform safe, efficient machine setup and operationComplete quality checks and document productionMonitor equipment and report issuesKeep machines clean and perform basic preventive maintenanceWork independently and as part of a team Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd What You Need:High school diploma1+ year manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detailReliable, motivated, and able to follow instructionsGood communication skills and a strong work ethic Bonus Skills: Mechanical aptitude, experience reading routers/BOMs/work instructions, willingness to learn.
