We are excited to expand our talented team at our facility in Franklin, WI, with openings available for the third shift. In this role, you will operate die cutting machines that process blank and/or pre-printed stock. Key responsibilities include:
Verifying order accuracy and completeness, including dies, set-up, and installation
Managing paper stock and ensuring proper load and feed
Maintaining effectiveness and accuracy in cutting operations
Staging completed work according to specifications
Keeping your work area organized and clean
Compensation: Wages start at $17.50 - $19.50 per hour, with potential for higher pay for those with prior die cutting experience.
Our 250,000 sq. ft. facility in Franklin, WI is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology and serves a diverse client base, including local breweries, grocery stores, and automotive suppliers. We provide a conducive work environment with natural and artificial lighting, temperature control, and a clean workspace. Teamwork and collaboration are at our core, ensuring everyone works together to achieve our shared goals!
Shift Options:
9:00 pm - 5:00 am Sunday - Thursday (+ $.50 shift premium)
5:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday - Sunday (+ $3.00 shift premium - 2 positions available)
Key Responsibilities Include:
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote teamwork, safety, and efficiency
Following established pre-production, make ready, and production protocols
Operating powered equipment safely and efficiently
Assisting in training fellow workers on die cutting machine operations
Delivering waste and non-conforming materials to the correct location
Embracing cross-training opportunities as assigned
Complying with personal protective equipment regulations
Performing additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Ability to perform work-related math functions
Proficient in reading and utilizing measuring devices
Experience with hand tools
Ability to troubleshoot effectively
Strong multi-tasking skills
Capability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform various movements
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions
Proficiency in both teamwork and independent work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Bobst 106 Expertcut, Spanthera, and Vision Cut Die Cutting Machinery
Supervisory experience is a plus
Fluency in Spanish and English is advantageous

The actual pay offered will vary based on factors including experience, skills, and shift. Our total compensation package may include overtime and shift differentials.
