Job Description
The SPG Project Manager will be responsible for:
Provide overall project leadership and foster a proactive safety culture on all projects
Oversee quick-turnaround projects in the pipeline, primarily valued at $2M and under
Manage the preparation and review of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals
Lead job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure project objectives are achieved
Review monthly invoices and manage necessary documentation and approvals to guarantee timely project funding
Direct cost management activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope adjustments, to meet project goals
Maintain the overall financial health of the project and manage project forecasts
Represent the client during subcontractor negotiations

The Successful Applicant
The successful SPG Project Manager Applicant will have:
2-5+ years of experience in small-scale commercial construction
Thorough knowledge of the entire construction process
Proficient in reviewing and interpreting all construction documents, including specifications and drawings
Strong communication skills with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
Self-motivated and capable of working directly with clients
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks to ensure timely project completion
