Are you an experienced, detail-oriented mortgage loan processor who can successfully aid applicants in navigating the mortgage lending process? If so, we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a skilled mortgage processor to work with the mortgage broker on our team. Borrower experience is our top priority- if you make clients happy, we want to talk! Compensation:
$55,000 - $85,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records to help process mortgage loan files
Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial
Liaise between the mortgage lending underwriting department, mortgage loan originators, real estate agents, and applicants to facilitate loan approval
Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness
Communicate with lender closing department and title agents to ensure timely delivery of loan document packages to closingQualifications:
Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
Minimum of 2+ years loan processing experience required
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in mortgage loan processing, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proven track record of effectively communicating with clients, real estate agents, and underwriters.
Strong organizational skills to ensure timely collection and verification of financial documentation.
Familiarity with ordering and reviewing property and loan documentation, such as appraisals and title searches.
Ability to analyze credit reports and financial documents to assess applicant creditworthiness.About Company
