Description
Basic purpose or function: This position provides assistance where needed in the Kitchen while maintaining the established quality, service, and sanitary standards
Job Duties:
Change in to provided uniform including appropriate hair covering.
Always maintain proper sanitary practices such as proper handwashing, proper use of single use gloves, and storage of food properly.
Reports to the supervisor on duty for daily assignment.
Prepare and maintain equipment following business demand, quality, and proper sanitation practices. Report any malfunction to the Supervisor.
Prepare the workstation for the shift, follow directions as provided, close the workstation once shift is complete.
Maintain a clean and neat work area following sanitary measures
Demonstrate effective teamwork. Prepare, cook, portion and serve items per established portions.
Operate dish machine following sanitary standards.
Complete cleaning responsibilities and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
Report any concerns that arise to a supervisor and complete any written documentation if asked to do so.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
High school Diploma or Equivalent
Positive attitude
Ability to follow directions
Flexible Schedule
Organized, detail orientated, and accurate
Must be able to lift push, or pull up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
Neat in appearance and personal hygiene
