X-Ray Technologist in Hurricane, WV

This opportunity is for a skilled Radiologic Technologist with strong experience in the operating room and diverse diagnostic imaging settings. This role requires expertise in X-ray imaging, including portable studies, fluoroscopy, and intraoperative procedures using advanced equipment such as C-arms and O-arms. You will work mainly day shifts with a rotating weekend schedule at a well-equipped medical center that uses EPIC for charting.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic X-rays, fluoroscopy, and intraoperative imaging including cystoscopy and orthopedic procedures.

Operate multiple imaging devices such as Del Medical X-ray units, OEC C-arms, O-arm, and Siemens R&F systems.

Rotate coverage across various diagnostic areas, including fluoroscopy, mobiles, operating room, endoscopy, and orthopedics.

Accurately document procedures using EPIC and Fuji Synapse PACS systems.

Collaborate with radiologists and the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care and image quality.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Valid ARRT (R) certification and current BLS certification.

Minimum one year of operating room imaging experience.

Comfortable and proficient with fluoroscopic procedures and portable X-rays.

Familiarity with multiple diagnostic imaging systems and EPIC charting.

Ability to work within a 24/7 staffed department with no call requirements.

Schedule & Work Hours:

Four 10-hour day shifts, with rotating weekends.

Weekend shifts are evening hours from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

No on-call or holiday coverage required.
