Classroom Assistant Sedro Woolley, Washington

An educational support position is available in Sedro Woolley, WA, seeking a Paraprofessional or RBT/CBT professional to assist students within a school setting. This contract role begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year.

Qualifications and experience desired:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)

Current physical management certification required

Ability and willingness to lead or assist in physical restraint when necessary

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students and staff

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Key responsibilities include supporting classroom activities, implementing behavior plans, assisting with physical management techniques, and helping create a safe and supportive learning environment for students who require additional assistance.
