Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for a K-12 school setting in Westerville, OH, to support students across elementary schools. These contract positions start ASAP and continue through the end of the school year. Each SLP will manage a caseload of no more than 60 students, providing essential speech and language services as part of the school's multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Deliver direct therapy sessions to students with diverse speech and language needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress.
Maintain detailed documentation and complete required reporting.
Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Experience working in school settings, Pediatrics, and with K-12 populations.
Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus.
Capable of managing manageable caseloads effectively.
Commitment to a contract position for the current school year.
Schedule & Location:
Positions available at elementary schools in Westerville, OH.
Work hours: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (typical staff hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
Contract position through the school year.
