Virtual General Education Teacher - South Carolina

A Middle School General Education Math teaching position is available for the current school year in a contract role. The assignment serves students in grades 6 through 8, providing instruction aligned with general education curriculum standards.

Situated in Denmark, SC

Approximately 1 hour from Columbia, SC

Approximately 45 minutes from both Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC

Responsibilities include:

Delivering math instruction to middle school students in a general education setting

Utilizing telehealth tools if applicable to support remote or hybrid learning environments

Preparing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and address diverse student needs

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to foster academic growth

Maintaining accurate records and participating in school meetings as required

Qualifications and experience:

Certifications or credentials appropriate for teaching general education math at the middle school level

Experience in telehealth education is desirable, especially if remote teaching is involved
