Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
Track and evaluate project progress, performance, and quality
Lead project meetings, report on status, and monitor client satisfaction
Manage project schedules, budgets, and all related documentation
Prepare subcontracts and issue purchase orders
Develop scope and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors
Assist the Project Superintendent in ensuring compliance with contract documents and requirements
Supervise supporting staff, including interviewing, training, assigning tasks, and directing work
Perform additional duties as required

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager Applicant will have:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or 5 years as a Project Engineer, with an associate degree in a related field
Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution center construction
OSHA 30-hour certification required
LEED GA or AP certification preferred
Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore
General knowledge of construction management and Design/Build contract delivery methods
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with structured work habits
Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
Skilled in reading and interpreting contracts, blueprints, project schedules, and scopes of workCapable of
successfully managing moderately complex construction projects

$100,000-$130,000 base salary
