Pharmacy Technician - Westerville, OH

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a busy retail pharmacy setting. This role involves handling an average inbound prescription volume of 200-300 per day within a team of five pharmacy technicians and two pharmacists. The position offers a contract engagement with the potential for direct hire after 13 weeks.

Location: Westerville, OH

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 13 weeks, temp to direct hire

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process prescription orders and manage order entry using Prime RX software

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing customer service

Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols

Support daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in retail

Valid Ohio pharmacy technician license required

Experience with Prime RX software is highly advantageous

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
