YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Our Youth Apprentices play an important role in supporting daily operations and gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. During the summer months, apprentices typically work 20-40 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime during weekdays and on Saturdays. Overtime is paid at one and one-half (1.5x) the regular hourly rate.

During the school year, schedules are flexible to accommodate academic commitments. All work schedules are based on customer demand; while many weeks may reach 40 hours, this is not guaranteed.

Requirements / Preferences

Must be a current high school junior or senior

Prior work experience is preferred but not required

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Available Departments / Shifts

Fabrication - 2nd Shift

Paint - 2nd Shift

Fabrication (Machining) - 1st Shift
