Research Logistics Coordinator

To ensure the effective execution of business critical R&D studies that generates new, high quality data that can be applied to digital capability builds within the Pet Nutrition business

To this end, the job holder is responsible for the assembly, coordination and direction of internal and external agencies across multiple countries to ensure effective delivery of data according to study timelines. The job holder will track the progress of the project through project planning tools such as Excel and DevOPs, they must have awareness of all times of the status of the project, where products are and expected delivery times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, implement and deliver internal research studies, including data collection to deliver quality-assured scientific data.

Work with external agencies to ensure effective delivery of key studies including supporting arrangement of product shipments and blinding within Europe with support from internal Client's logistics experts

Ensuring all data sets are consolidated, tracked and recorded with any flags, feedback or known data quality issues to allow effective analysis by the data scientist

Tracking project progress including budget and current status vs plan including flagging delays and roadblocks to the program manager
