Growing manufacturing company seeking an Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end production performance within a manufacturing cell. This role owns production execution, scheduling, staffing, material flow, and customer communication to ensure production targets and delivery commitments are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations and schedules

Coordinate staffing, resources, and workflow

Communicate production status and timelines with customers

Oversee material availability and inventory control

Track production metrics and prepare operational reports

Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelorâ s degree preferred

Experience in manufacturing operations or production leadership

Strong knowledge of production scheduling, workforce planning, and inventory flow

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
