Job Summary:
Safely operates and runs CNC machines while keeping parts within allowable tolerance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Able to perform duties as Operator I
Make sure parts are within tolerance.
Safely operates and runs CNC machines
Load/unload parts.
Make sure machine has coolant.
Turn off/on machine.
Log in routers into the Epicor system.
Fill out travelers (part counts, revision checks)
Performed other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Able to use proper tools such as calipers, gauge, pins and micrometers.
Knowledgeable using test indicators
Ability to understand setup sheets
Basic knowledge of programs
Basic knowledge of G&M codes
Basic tooling knowledge
Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to company policies, quality policies, and industry standards.
Detail oriented, organized, and able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3+ year of experience as a CNC Operator
AA Degree or High School diploma
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to push and/or pull up to 10 pounds.
Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface.
Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, reach and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties. #LI
