Shift: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) + 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Fridays)

CNC Machine Operator Requirements: What It Takes to Get on the Floor

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or CNC training preferred (willing to train the right candidate).

Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing Every Shift

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, lasers, etc. ) for precision machining tasks.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and inspection procedure s.

Load materials, monitor operations, and adjust machines to maintain accuracy and quality.

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and document results in the ERP system.

Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
