Job Description

The Construction Project Engineer will be responsible for:

Ensure all projects are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications

Manage the distribution and coordination of all RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Oversee and confirm execution of all material orders

Complete and maintain daily project documentation

Monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved

Sustain workflow and build strong relationships with subcontractors

Maintain and organize field documentation (drawings, specifications, etc.)

Coordinate and support subcontractor activities

Participate actively in company training and development sessions

Ensure site superintendents uphold clean and safe job sites

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Engineer Candidate will have:

Degree in Construction Management or related field

1+ year of General Contracting experience

Strong written and verbal communication

Desire and willingness to learn, be coachable, and provide a positive attitude

Occupied space project experience is a plus
