What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As the Waterfront Director, you’ll be at the heart of our waterfront activities, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily operations of the waterfront, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

- Supervising, managing and hiring waterfront staff, including lifeguards and other team members.

- Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

- Coordinating and scheduling waterfront activities and events.

- Responding to emergencies promptly and effectively, ensuring the well-being of all patrons.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- A proactive approach to safety and risk management.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and club members.
