Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm, $23/hr

Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm, $23/hr + $2.50/hr shift differential after training

What You’ll Do:

Operator and monitor production machinery used in wet-wipe manufacturing

Perform cleaning, inspections, and basic maintenance on equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues quickly

Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently met

Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate production records

Assist with training and leading a small crew of 10-15 operators

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of recent machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment required

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools a plus

Reliable and team-oriented
