Warehouse Operator

Job Description

North Star Electric is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, maintaining inventory, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus)

Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Assist with other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team

Basic math and computer skills

Dependable with a strong work ethic
