Business Development Specialist - Outside Sales - Columbus, OH

On-Target Earnings: $60,000–$120,000+ (Base salary + uncapped commission)

This is an outside B2B sales role for a motivated professional who enjoys opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and representing a full suite of transportation solutions. If “uncapped commission” gets your attention, and backing it up with real support matters, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to closing deals and growing long-term customer relationships.

Proactively identify and pursue new B2B customers across Aim’s Full-Service Leasing, Maintenance, and Rental product lines.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, area canvassing, and relationship-based selling.

Develop, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs.

Track leads, manage opportunities, and consistently generate proposals.

Coordinate onboarding for new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.

Requirements:

2+ years of outside sales experience preferred (Business to Business)

Associates degree preferred

Strong Self manager, comfortable taking initiative and making things happen

Must be computer literate and have the ability to adapt to various software applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
