Job Summary
The Remote Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining project-related data in company systems and databases. This role ensures that engineering project documentation, reports, and internal records are accurately organized and accessible to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update project data into internal databases and spreadsheets
Maintain accurate records of engineering documentation and project files
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission
Organize digital files and maintain structured record-keeping systems
Assist with document control and administrative reporting
Generate basic reports and summaries from data systems
Communicate with internal departments to verify or correct information
Maintain confidentiality of company and project information
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
1–2 years of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong typing and data accuracy skills
