Maintenance - Working Lead Mechanic III, Maintenance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Candidate must be able to manage and oversee various trades on a daily basis, while following oral and written directions and working well with others. Candidate must possess the ability to use both written and oral communication in dealing with maintenance mechanics, school personnel and outside vendors and contractors, as well as, possess the knowledge of building maintenance trades, including electrical,

mechanical, plumbing and general maintenance. Prioritizing and accomplishing multiple tasks while working with minimal supervision and using good verbal and written communication skills is required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of high school is required. Candidate must possess experience in the area of building maintenance or related fields with evidence of multi-craft knowledge and proficiency in a variety of building trades. Experience in managing various maintenance trades is preferred.
