Insurance Agency Team Member (Full-Time) – Hurricane, UT
Start Date: April 1, 2026
We’re an independently owned insurance agency opening in Hurricane, Utah, and we’re looking to bring on motivated team members ahead of our official launch on April 1st, 2026.
What We Offer:

Base Pay 17-19hr + Commission (strong earning potential 60k-100k)

Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-5
No weekends

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer phone calls
Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the agency
Deliver strong customer service to current customers and build client relationships
Assist with quotes, policy updates, and general support
Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Must have a clean background record
Strong communication skills
Be able to pass licensing requirements ( Study material and testing will be paid for by agency)
Willingness to learn insurance concepts (licensing assistance available)
Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive hourly base + commission structure, with potential to earn $55,000+ depending on performance. Leads provided by agent, no cold calling or B2B.
