Local Pay: $1,069.50 per week

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team supporting residents in a skilled nursing environment. In this role, you will assist residents with daily care activities while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.

This 12-week contract assignment offers variable day shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-focused care setting.Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

Assist with feeding and hydration as required

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

Follow all infection control protocols and facility safety standardsRequired Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing facilities preferred

Strong patient care and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment

Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
