Plastic Surgery / medical assistant

Job Description

We are a busy, patient centered Plastic surgery and dermatology practice seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Rooming patients and obtaining vitals and medical histories

Assisting providers during medical, dermatologic and cosmetic procedures

Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinical space

Administering injections and medications as permitted by scope of practice

Assisting with cosmetic treatments

Providing patient education and post-procedure instructions

Qualifications

Certified or experienced Medical Assistant preferred

Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology or aesthetics is a plus
