Collect and document needed information for Ohio training grants. Collect needs and schedule classes with preferred training vendors. Develop needed curriculums, items and scheduled training offerings in our training system (KEY). Manage all IT classrooms, both physical and mobile. Facilitate the technical support of training sessions in Adobe Connect. Training and Meeting Room scheduling and set-up. Maintain classroom training roster and fill empty seats. Log completed training rosters into our training system (KEY). Arrange catering for large meetings/events (external vendor meetings, large team meetings, etc.). Onboarding of full time and staff augmentation resources. Order workstations. Maintain floorplans (identify vacant spaces, unused equipment, etc.). Coordinate Agile floor space usage and assignments. Meeting scheduling utilizing MS Outlook. Compile and distribute project status reports. Travel arrangements (research options & costs). Large copy requests.
