A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide specialized support for rural schools within the Junction City School District, in collaboration with Lane Education Service District (Lane ESD). This on-site role focuses on delivering SLP services in a cooperative educational environment located in Eugene, OR, from ASAP through June 12, 2026, with an expected commitment of 8 hours per week.
Location: Eugene, ORType: Part-time, Contract, On-siteDuration: ASAP June 12, 2026Hours: Approximately 8 hours per weekCaseload: Support rural schools within the Junction City School District Key Responsibilities:Deliver speech-language pathology services to students with a range of communication disorders, including those with moderate and severe disabilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including school psychologists and behavior consultants to support individualized student needs.
Utilize augmentative communication systems, both low and high tech, to enhance student communication.
Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with students, parents, and staff.
Comply with Lane ESD policies and procedures while supporting students in alignment with special education goals.
Qualifications:Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Oregon teaching license with Speech Impaired or Communications Disorder Endorsement, and/or Oregon SLP license.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities is highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience with augmentative communication devices preferred.
Valid Oregon Drivers License required.
Effective oral and written communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Current First Aid/CPR certification may be required.
