This full-time, year-round position is perfect for someone with experience in waterproofing, air barriers, or coatings who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to grow their career with a company that values expertise and safety.Key Responsibilities:Apply waterproofing systems, air barriers, sealants, and spray foam to structures including basements, roofs, foundations, and balconiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, sanding, and repairing as neededUse tools such as sprayers, rollers, trowels, and caulking guns for material applicationIdentify leaks or water damage and complete necessary repairsWork closely with team members and supervisors to ensure quality results and safe jobsite practicesMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedProvide professional, courteous customer service on-siteWhat You Bring:1+ year of experience with waterproofing, coatings, or air barrier systems (required)High school diploma or GED preferredValid driver's license and a clean driving recordWillingness to obtain a DOT medical cardStrong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detailAbility to lift 50 lbs, use ladders, and perform physically demanding work in various conditionsLocation:On-site in Grand Forks, NDTravel up to 50% may be requiredSchedule:Monday to FridayDay shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours)Overtime and weekend work as needed#1437STExpress Office: Grand Forks3325 South Washington StreetGrand Forks, ND 58201
