We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Health Services team.\nThis role is ideal for a nurse who values relationship-based care, clinical leadership, and working collaboratively in an Assisted Living and Memory Care environment.\nWhy You’ll Love This Role:\n • Meaningful, resident-centered nursing care\n • Leadership role coordinating clinical services\n • Supportive interdisciplinary team environment\n • Opportunity to mentor and train nursing team members\nWhat You’ll Do:\n • Provide direct nursing care within RN scope of practice\n • Assess resident health status and develop individualized service plans\n • Administer medications and treatments using eMAR\n • Oversee and coordinate medication aides and clinical team members\n • Serve as a primary point of contact for provider communication\n • Ensure compliance with state licensure and regulatory standards\n • Document assessments, observations, and care accurately\n • Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n • Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin\n • 1–2 years of experience working with older adults preferred\n • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (per state requirements)\n • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills\n • Ability to lead, train, and delegate effectively\n • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and compassionate care\n\n\nBenefits:\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
