Machine Operator Overnights

Job Description Adecco is searching for Machine Operators on the overnight shift for a great company in Devens!

These are temp to hire opportunities.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00PM-5:30AM Pay: $21/hour Job Summary: As the successful candidate, being an Plastics Team Machine Operator means you will work in a cleanroom environment operating silicone gasket molding and deflashing machines You will achieve this by maintaining operations of assigned production tools safely, to the expected pace with quality of the product always in the forefront.

Responsibilities: You will be operating an assigned toolset on the overnight shift in accordance with documented procedures.

You will be completing hour registration on your assigned toolset, tracking output, any interruptions to the process and any scrap that may occur while running.

You will be responsible for cleanliness of your assigned work area and 5 S standards that are in place.

You will attend the passdown at the end of your shift with the oncoming shift to advise on status of your toolset, any issues encountered and production achieved during your shift.

Requirements: Experience with deflashing or liquid silicone injection processes ideally in a cleanroom environment, other machine operations experience will be considered.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with global colleagues.

Be delivery focused with strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.

Can use personal initiative to work collaboratively as one team with a “can do” approach.

Must be able to stand for extended period of time up to 10 hours while on shift and lift up to 25 pounds repeatable throughout the shift.
