Job Description Adecco has immediate full-time Machine Operator opportunities!

We are currently hiring for a large, world class manufacturer in the Milford, CT area.

Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for startup, shut down and operation of an assembly machine.

This includes input of parameters, loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers.

• Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems and share ideas for continuous improvement.

• Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects.

• Inspection of work to ensure high quality standards are met.

• Make safety the top priority and follow all work rules every day.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

• Excellent reliability required: excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Must be able to communicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently.

• Must be able to stand for duration of shift and able to lift up to 25lbs.

Work Schedule: Day shift: 12-hour shift, 3-4 days /week - 7am-7pm rotating days, including alternate weekends.

Night shift: 12-hour shift, 3-4 days/week – 7pm-7am rotating days, including alternate weekends.
