Key Responsibilities\nComply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System.\nFollow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.\nReport problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor.\nMaintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.\nMeets daily production schedule as assigned.\nPerforms quality checks on assembled pumps and motors to ensure product specifications are met.\nPerforms other duties as required or assigned.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilitiesSkills Knowledge and Expertise\nWorks with various hand and power tools.\nReads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
