Account Manager

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for managing client accounts and generating interior fit-out project opportunities.

Builds relationships with developers, architects, and corporate clients.

Prepares proposals and cost estimates.

Coordinates with the design, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Handles client meetings, contract negotiations, and variation orders.

Ensures client satisfaction from project award to completion.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field 3–5 years' experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project sales Strong client management and business development skills Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills Ability to work with project, design, and engineering teams
