Data Analyst - German Speaking

Responsibilities:

Evaluate overall business performance, including team productivity and call activity across key departments, identifying areas for optimisation and growth.

Analyse business data to detect patterns, discrepancies, and underlying reasons for performance variations.

Review workflow processes and client relationship trends to identify operational improvements.

Assess the organisations readiness and capacity for expansion or new growth initiatives.

Prepare clear, structured reports summarising key findings, insights, and recommendations.

Utilise Excel and data analysis tools to monitor and interpret core operational metrics.

Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and internal stakeholders.

Actively contribute to internal strategy discussions, supporting informed decision-making and future planning.

Maintain a strategic mindset by evaluating the broader business landscape and defining measurable objectives to enhance departmental performance and processes.

Collaborate across departments to develop structured action plans and support the implementation of operational improvements.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the companys products and services in order to provide informed guidance and internal support.

Support the evaluation and development of onboarding processes where required.

Requirments:

Bachelors degree, ideally in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Fluent English; advanced proficiency in German.

1-2 years experience in a Data Analyst role or related

Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

Prior experience in management reporting is advantageous.

Knowledge in creating measurement and optimization flow charts is preferred.
