Sales Managing Associate Salary Range: $70,000 – $73,000 per year Travel: Up to 40% Domestic U.S.

Travel Required Job Summary The Sales Managing Associate develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing distributors, providing products and strategic support to build and grow a successful brand portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive profitable and sustainable sales across assigned distributor accountsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targetsEstablish clear objectives and timelines; monitor progress and performanceIdentify new business opportunities and provide market insights for strategic decisionsBuild long-term distributor relationships through consistent communication and supportConduct regular business reviews to assess performance and align strategiesPlan and execute promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and depletion growthAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insightsMonitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when neededTrain and educate distributors on product portfolio and promotional programsOversee order processing, inventory coordination, and related sales operationsMaintain comprehensive industry knowledge, including regulatory and competitive landscapePerform additional duties and special projects assigned QualificationsBachelor’s degree required0–3 years of sales experience preferred (Alcoholic beverage or CPG experience a plus)Strong understanding of sales principles and account management fundamentalsExcellent communication and presentation skillsResults-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bilingual in Korean and English requiredValid driver’s license requiredMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
